Delivery Policy for Evolvience

Delivery Information

● We are a Swedish company and all products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

● Orders placed before 12:00 are usually shipped the same business day.

● Carrier: All orders are shipped with tracking and can be followed throughout delivery.

● Delivery Time: Standard delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days.

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day regardless of destination (Monday–Friday)
    • Transit Time Sweden: 1–2 business days 
    • Transit Time Denmark: 1–2 business days 
    • Transit Time Finland: 1–5 business days 
    • Transit Time Norway: 2–5 business days 
    • Transit Time Germany: 1–4 business days 
    • Transit Time Other EU Countries and UK: 1–7 business days

Note: Express delivery is available for some destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 days.

● Shipping Cost: Free shipping is offered when you reach the applicable minimum order threshold. Unless a temporary promotion applies, the following minimum amounts apply (or equivalent in local currency):

    • Sweden 499 SEK
    • Denmark 499 DKK
    • Norway 999 NOK
    • Finland 75 EUR
    • Germany 79 EUR
    • Austria 79 EUR
    • Other EU Countries 149 EUR

Note: For deliveries to the UK, local customs duties and import fees may apply and are paid by the recipient.

● Delivery Method: Unless otherwise stated, orders are usually delivered to a nearby pickup point. You will be notified via SMS or email when your parcel is ready.

● Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

● Influencing Factors: Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, transport delays, or customs processing.

● Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is not collected within the holding period (7–14 days depending on the carrier), it will be returned to us automatically.

For uncollected parcels, we charge the costs incurred for return shipping and handling. The fee may be up to 395 SEK depending on weight and actual costs.

Please note that uncollected parcels do not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must first collect the parcel and then return it according to our return policy.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

● Right of Withdrawal: You may return an unused and undamaged product within 30 days.

● Return Conditions: The product must be in original condition and packaging.

● Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping Cost

● For defective or damaged items, we cover the return shipping.

● For cancelled purchases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
