Return Policy – 30-Day Open Purchase
We want you to feel confident about your purchase with us. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return right from the day you receive your order. This open purchase policy does not apply to hygiene products.
Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

All labels, accessories, instructions, and any protective film must remain intact

You must be able to provide a receipt or order confirmation

The return must be pre-registered with us and approved before the item is sent back
Please contact us at info@evolvience.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For cancellations/changed minds, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, we cover the return shipping costs
Complaints – Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. In case of transport damage, missing products, incorrect items, or defects, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Describe the issue and attach photos of the product, packaging, and any damage

We will process your claim as quickly as possible and get back to you
Under Swedish consumer law, you always have a 3-year right to file a complaint for manufacturing defects.
Product Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

Return the item you do not wish to keep according to the return conditions above

Place a new order for the desired product
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (EU Legislation)
As a private individual within the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. This applies even if you have used our 30-day return policy.
Conditions:

The product must not be used or damaged

Original packaging and accessories must be included

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, personalized items, or products with broken seals that affect hygiene or protection
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account
If you have not received your refund within 12 business days after approval, please contact us at info@evolvience.com.
